About Me

I am a PhD candidate in the Integrative Life Sciences program at Virginia Commonwealth University, specializing in single-cell genomic method development, multi-omic data integration, and computational approaches to precision medicine. I conduct my research in the Biological Networks Laboratory within the Department of Computer Science, under the mentorship of Dr. Preetam Ghosh. My work bridges artificial intelligence, machine learning, and systems biology to develop innovative tools for understanding cellular behavior in health and disease.

I have led and co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in top journals spanning bioinformatics, machine learning, and cancer biology. I earned my BS/MS in Bioinformatics through VCU’s accelerated program in Summer 2023. Currently, I am serving as an AI/ML Co-Op on the Methods and Modeling team at Merck Research Laboratories in Cambridge, MA, where I contribute to deep learning models for in silico gene perturbation and multi-modal learning frameworks for genomic data analysis.
